Beautiful secluded 4 bedroom villa with pool
This attractive villa is located in a quiet rural area between Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, surrounded by mountains. It is set in 2 acres of private grounds with olive, lemon and fig trees. The large pool (10m x 7m) is surrounded by a well cared for garden and at one end has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The villa sleeps up to 8 people, one double bedroom has it's own dressing room and ensuite bathroom. There is a family room which has 2 single beds on the ground floor with stairs leading up to a double bed on the gallery level. There is also an annex with double a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The villa has air-con throughout and there is also central heating and a log burner for the colder months. |
