The beautiful old town of Pollenca with its restaurants and shops is only a two minute drive or a ten minute stroll, whilst Puerto Pollensa with its lovely beaches is only a ten minute drive.

Access to the property is by a private driveway. The front door and upper terrace are accessed by a flight of steps. The ground floor is accessible to all. The pool area is accessible directly from the lower terrace or the car parking area. Please contact the owners for further info.
Further Details
The house and pool are for the sole use of guests. The house is in easy reach on foot or by car to Pollensa town with its vibrant town square offering a variey of restaurants and shops. We would recommend car hire to access the many sandy beaches within a few kilometres or the Tramuntana mountains for walking or cycling.
