Unique one bedroomed house with fantastic views
The accommodation is part of a beautifully restored Mallorcan farmhouse and has its own separate entrance. Many of the rustic features have been retained, alongside tastefully added new features such as the fully fitted kitchen.
Situated at the foot of the Tramantana Mountain range the house has spectacular views from a dining terrace leading from the upstairs bedroom, and from this there is a spiral staircase to a private roof top terrace with sun beds. You can see the magnificent old town of Pollensa with its calvario, the Puig Maria and towards Lluc, the views are panoramic.
There is a large entrance hall leading into the sitting room with a brand new self contained kitchen. The original stone spiral staircase is a feature of the sitting room and leads up to the bedroom and shower room.
For a quiet relaxing holiday this is the ideal place, also because of the situation perfect for walkers, cyclists or bird watchers.

There is a steep stone spiral staircase to the upper foor and a metal spiral staircase to the roof terrace.
Further Details
A car could be useful to see the surrounding area, but the old town of Pollensa is only about a 5 minute walk.
Puerto Pollensa with its beaches, shops and restaurants is about 10 mins by car or bus.
5 mins walk to the Tramantana mountains.
