This lovely top floor (second) apartment is beautifully equipped and ideal for couples seeking something a little special. It is only 50 metres from Pollensa’s broad sandy beach and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just back from the main promenade. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with a spacious lounge dining area leading directly to a private well furnished balcony. The one double bedroom has huge wardrobe space and a really luxurious bathroom alongside. The modern kitchen is well fitted and there’s a large communal roof terrace with wonderful views of both the bay and the mountains behind. The private pool has plenty of sun loungers provided, and there is ample parking in the cul-de-sac. The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a five minute stroll away, which means one of the best restaurants (The Stay) on the island is on your doorstep, as are cafes, bars and shops and of course Pollensa’s fantastic beaches. You’ll find a flat screen TV, satellite receiver, DVD and CD player waiting, plus a selection of books. |
