Lovely seaside apartment in a beautiful part of Puerto Pollença.
Inside it's sunny, bright and cool with white walls, parquet floors, neutral pale colours and air-conditioning. There's a long lounge and dining room with stunning views of the beach and the bay. There are comfortable sofas by double-height doors, satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo, a dining table and chairs. The lounge opens out onto a deep balcony overlooking palm trees and the bay. There's a neat and well-planned kitchen with lots of storage space in white units, a breakfast table, and appliances including a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
There are three bright bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single, with simple wooden furniture and crisp pale linen. The double is a really lovely room with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and full-height doors out onto the balcony. Both the double room and the twin room are air-conditioned - as are the living areas of the apartment, a fan is provided in the single bedroom. A second family bathroom leads off a small hallway near the twin and single rooms. |
