This mediterranean property is a 4 bedroom townhouse built on two levels. The house is approached through a walled garden, leading to a covered terrace. Entering by the hall we have, to the left a large master bedroom with laminate floors, twin beds and en-suite shower room, and to the right a large living room leading to a galley type kitchen, that opens on to the furnished terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The house has a private lawned garden of approximately 10x15 metres.
On the first floor level there is one master room with twin beds, another room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a small single room.
There are two single sofabeds in the lounge. Also in the lounge there is satelite tv, DVD player, fireplace, coffee table and comfortable armchairs.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven, hobs, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. |

The house is on a ground floor and first floor. A wheelchair can access the double room on the ground floor and ensuite bathroom. Also on the ground floor are the lounge and kitchen.

Rates are for a standard occupancy of 6 people, up to 3 Extra people will be charged GBP 50 per week.
Quiet street, parking on street is allowed although a car is not necessary.
A Hotel pool on the sea front is a few minutes away.
Easy parking nearby on any street marked with white lines.
Rubbish: please deposit rubbish in the green containers on the street.
A car is not neccesary as it is close to local amenities and convenience stores.
