Situated in the Ca'n Singala district, the villa nestles at the bottom of the Tramuntana mountain range close to the Boquer valley.
The villa is detached and is surrounded by its own small enclosed garden. It has 2 terraces for dining al-fresco or sunbathing - one of which is a roof terrace. There are 2 twin-bedded rooms with ample storage space. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave as well as electric oven. The pretty lounge has two comfortable sofas, CD, videos & TV. The dining area seats four. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no bath) and has recently been refitted.
All rooms are on ground-floor level making it ideal for young and old alike. The sitting room now boasts new double-glazed patio doors opening on to a mellow terracotta terrace. |

A short easy walk from the sea, it sits a mere 200 metres from Puerto Pollensa's famous Pine Walk. The well established Ill d'Or hotel is conveniently situated at the bottom of the road for lunch-time drinks and/or evening meals looking over the bay.
The villa is situated just a 15 minute walk from the town square.
Car parking is available outside the villa. There are sunbeds plus outside dining furniture.
