Luxury Apartment 1 minute From Pine Walk / Beach
Our recently built apartment is located on the Bellresguard development and is 150 metres away from the beach.. It has air conditioning and heating throughout and is furnished to a high standard with satellite T.V DVD and CD player. It stands in landscaped grounds built around a three tier swimming pool and sun terrace.
The apartment sleeps six with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with bunks and a shower room.The lounge diner overlooks the swimming pool and provides access to the south facing balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. It also has a ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, dishwater, electric ketter and toaster. In the utlity room, there is a washing machine together with an iron and ironing board.
In the main bedroom and the second bedroom there are safes in the wardrobes.
Nearby there is a small well stocked supermarket. It also provides fresh bread, croissants, etc.
There are small bars and restaurants along Pine Walk which runs alongside the beach and leads to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. |
