The sandy beach and Pine Walk are 100m away and it is a minute's walk to 2 grocery stores, a hairdresser, tennis court, boat hire, lively bar/restaurant and the 4-star Hotel Illa d'Or's beachside bar with stunning views across the bay.
This is a spacious apartment for up to 4 people. Both the twin- and king-sized bedded rooms have air conditioning/heating and fully appointed en-suite bathrooms. The 27-foot lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with leather sofa and armchairs, a Mallorcan oak dining suite, tv, dvd, and stereo system. A second north-facing lounge provides even more space for cool relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped and the breakfast area, with a table and chairs, opens onto the south-facing covered patio with further tables, chairs and barbeque. Our private garden leads to the extensive communal gardens. A few yards away are a lily pond with fountain, goldfish and terrapins, and the 60-foot swimming pool which slopes gently from one to seven feet in depth. |

There are just 3 steps between our private parking space and the door to the apartment via the courtyard garden.
Further Details
Car hire is recommended as one week's rent is little more than the return taxi fare from Palma airport and it does provide an opportunity to visit other parts of this beautiful island; we can arrange this. However, once there a car is not essential as most facilities are within easy walking distance.
