Centrally situated one row behind the pine walk. The apartment faces onto the Calle Pescador which is a very quiet street. Parking is on the Formentor road opposite the apartment block and it is possible to park directly outside the building for unloading and dropping children off. The beaches can be reached by walking out the door turning left or right and approximately 1 minutes walk without crossing a main road and only 30 meters as the crow flies. There is a sea view “just” from the double bedroom. With literally 100's of restaurants a short walk from the apartment and without being actually on the beach the apartment enjoys one of the best positions in Puerto Pollensa
