A beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with roof garden, situated to the front of the exclusive Bellresguard Estate,possibly the finest location in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment offers total privacy and is 3mins from the beach and Pine Walk.
The apartment is used as a second home and has been refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation is bright and very spacious with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, 3 modernised bathrooms (2 ensuite), a large lounge/dining room, well equipped modern kitchen and a utility room.The lounge has leather sofas, english channel satellite TV, a DVD, and 2 CD Players (1 portable). The bedrooms have plenty of storage and "very" comfortable beds.
The large balcony, onto which two of the bedrooms have access, enjoys sun all day. The balcony overlooks lush sub tropical gardens and a private swimming pool.
A spiral staircase from the entrance hall leads to a private roof garden, offering spectacular views of the mountains and sea. This has been recently planted and has a dining area, bbq, sink and sun loungers.
Everything is available for guests, including DVD's, CD's, books, games, beach chairs, golf clubs and fishing rods !

Accessibility
Although a car is not needed, (everything is within walking distance), the cost of a hire car for the week , from Palma Airport,might be cheaper than a return taxi fare.
There is a carport and a lift at the apartment.
Further Details
Puerto Pollensa offers something for everybody.There are tennis courts opposite the apartment, watersports, mountain walking, cycling and golf. The beaches are sandy and very safe.
