A privately owned,refurbished, no smoking, three bedroom first floor apartment on the Pine Walk, literally metres from the beach, a short walk from the Illa D'Or Hotel with magnificent views of the Bay of Pollensa.
The apartment has a large, airy, comfortably furnished lounge and dining area which has magificent views over the bay. There is Satelite TV and DVD. A newly fitted kitchen with oven & hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a utility area with washing machine sink and drying area.
There is a large twin master bedroom with a bay view and a newly fitted en-suite bathroom with shower. Two further twin bedrooms. There is ample room for a cot if required too. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and 3 speed noisless ceiling fans. In addition there is a newly fitted shower room. The terrace is sunny spacious and enjoys the beautiful views over the bay towards the marina. It has a dining area and loungers. |
