This attractive, modern, second floor apartment with private roof terrace is located in the highly sought after Boquer Valley area of Puerto Pollensa only a few minutes walk from local shops and restaurants, the pretty Pollensa Bay beaches and the famous Pine Walk.
Our accommodation comprises spacious lounge/dining area with TV and DVD player; a fully-fitted kitchen; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one twin-bedded room, one single bedroom and a family bathroom. The lounge/dining room opens onto a large, furnished balcony with an attractive open outlook to the front of the property. Each of the three bedrooms has access to a rear balcony which overlooks the communal swimming pool and the stunning mountains. There is a small utility room with a washing machine and sink adjacent to the rear balcony. An internal spiral staircase leads to our private roof terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular views of Pollensa Bay and the surrounding countryside or simply relax with a book on the sunloungers.
The property has airconditioning/heating in the lounge/diningroom and in the bedrooms so is perfectly suitable for a lazy summer holiday at the height of the season or for pursuing more active hobbies in the cooler months. |

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building and access is by staircase only. There is no lift or wheelchair access.
Further Details
This is a residential block and there are community rules regarding excessive noise and use of the pool which must be adhered to. Private parking is available at the rear of the building although a car is not essential as the property is within walking distance of the village and amenities.
