A ground floor apartment in a block of twelve situated in the residential area of El Pinaret- “The Pine Wood”.
The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom with air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms and lounge/dining area. Sky TV, DVD and CD player. A fully fitted kitchen and utility room - with microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. The through-lounge, with pinewood furniture and tiled floors, leads onto a terrace and secure private garden overlooking the swimming pool.
There is ample car parking although a car is not necessary unless you want to tour the island.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with a private garden and terrace, which provides easy access to the communal swimming pool.
Parking is easy although a car is not necessary to get into town.
Further Details
Puerto Pollensa is about 70km from the airport and is situated on a large bay at the foot of the picturesque range of mountains. The beach, a long strip of golden sand backed by pine trees is just a two minute walk away. And a ten minute walk will lead you to a lively marina in the centre of the Port, shops of all types, a range of restaurants, bars and opportunities for sporting activities.
