There is a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.
There are just a few steps on the terraces to access the pool etc.
Further Details
A car is not essential but recommended; as the villa is situated about 10 minute walk away from the beach, shops and bus services.
The lovely town of Puerto Pollensa with all its facilities and great Wednesday market is about a 15-20 minute walk.
