Spacious air conditioned apartment in quiet location close to beach
This well-presented first floor apartment is located in the quiet picturesque area of Pinaret. The beautiful sandy beach is within a five minute walk and the shops, bars and restaurants are only a ten minute level walk away.
The accommodation comprises a well-furnished split-level lounge/dining room with patio doors leading onto a covered furnished balcony, ideal for dining al fresco. A fully fitted kitchen with four-ring hob, oven, fridge, chest freezer and microwave. There is a utility area with washing machine and sink. One bedroom with a double bed, and one full bathroom which has been refurbished for 2008. A sofa which converts to two single beds is provided in the dining area to sleep a further two people. A safety deposit box, satellite TV, 25"TV/Video, DVD, CD player, travel cot, high chair and children's toys/books/videos are provided at no extra cost. Air conditioning has been installed in the lounge and the bedroom, during the cooler months these units can also be used as heaters. The apartment has one allocated car parking space.
The shop next to the Villa Concha sells everyday groceries which is open during the summer season only.

Payment notes
Prices are per week. A non-refundable deposit of 100 GBP per week or 150 GBP for 10 days secures your accommodation. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If there is less than 8 weeks prior to departure then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Please Note: We do accept Sunday arrivals/departures. However, a small charge maybe payable to cover Sunday cleaning rates. Please enquire for further details.
We welcome breaks of between 7 and 14 nights which will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
3 / 4 people staying will incur an additional charge of £25 per booking to cover the extra laundry costs.

Further Details
We offer flexible changeover days and any duration breaks (minimum 4 days). This can help to keep air fares to a minimum. In our experience the earlier you book your flights the cheaper they will be.
Car hire is not considered essential as all amenities are within easy walking distance.
We can arrange a taxi to transport you to and from the airport. Please enquire for further information.
A 24 hour help line is provided by “Help Unlimited” our managing agent. For a small fee they can arrange luggage storage at their office on change over day.
