The area is famous with walkers, bird watchers and cyclists and there are several lovely restaurants and small bars alongside the beaches
The apartment comprises of living-dining room with comfortable settee and easy chairs, satellite tv/dvd, dining table and chairs. This opens on to the balcony that measures 12 sq metres and overlooks the 9m x 4m communal swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all usual appliances including a dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. There is the advantage of a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumbel dryer
The bedrooms comprise of a master with double bed and access to balcony, and twin room. Both have fully fitted wardrobes. There is a travel cot that may be used

Further Details
The pool is communal and has sunbeds around it. All the shops, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance and a local bus will take you to Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town. However a car would be useful to appreciate all this area of Mallorca has to offer
