Beautiful, unusual, secluded 3 bedroom villa with pool, sleeps 8
This attractive villa is located in a quiet rural area between Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, and is not your "run of the mill" property.
It is set in two acres of private fenced grounds with olive, lemon and fig trees, and stunning views to the mountains. The large pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by a well cared for garden and at one end has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people plus a cot.
One double bedroom has it's own dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
A family room has 2 single beds on the ground floor with a large double bed on the gallery level. There is an ensuite shower room and toilet.
The annexe is on the side of the house with a double bed and ensuite bath, shower and toilet.
The villa has air-con throughout and there is also central heating and a log burner for the cooler months.
Cot and high chair available and Wi Fi connection.
We have many guests who return again, so that speaks for itself!

Accessibility
The entrance driveway is from the gates of the property and from the parking area, the front doors lead into the delightful courtyard, all on the same level.
Apart from a couple of the bedrooms the entire property is on the ground floor, so wheelchair access is little problem. All the area from the house and around the pool is very level.
Further Details
The villa has a very generous pool, 10m x 5m, lawns and oodles of terracing around it, solely for the guests here. On this area is an outside bar, beer fridge, wood barbeque and also a gas one.
On the top of our water storage tank is a shaded area with superb views of the mountains, ideal for that sundowner .
We think we have provided everything for a great stay. There is an osmosis drinking water system (no bottled water needed!) and a water softener.
Being in a rural area, transport is an advantage.
