Lovely villa with pool in the countryside
Built only 6 years ago in Mallorcan style this private villa is situated in a quiet and beautiful area.
There is a lovely established garden with orange and lemon trees and many other colourful plants, also a private swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months (Please enquire for the extra daily rate for pool heating)
Outside the villa has a large terrace with plenty of shade and comfortable seating overlooking the pool. There is also an outdoor dining area, great for entertaining and enjoying an afternoon barbeque..
The spacious bright and airy Living and dining area with satellite TV(UK channels), DVD and internet access, looks out onto the swimming pool and lawn. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped.
There are three double bedrooms, the Master bedroom has both bath and walk in shower en suite. The second double bedroom has its own en suite with walk in shower and the third is a twin bedroom with en suite walk in shower. There is a separate cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
Cot and high chair available on request.
The beach and the historic towns of Sa Pobla and Pollensa are a short drive away.

Further Details
A car is essential for sightseeing and shopping. There is a local restaurant a five minute walk away which also provides a takeaway service. Open most week days for lunch and Friday and Saturday evenings, with live music, also Sunday lunch.
Fresh produce can be bought both in Sa Pobla and Pollenca towns
The villa is regularly used by the owners who spend equal time between Mallorca and U.K.
