The apartment is on the first floor, easily reached by using the lift or stairs.
There is a private secure underground carpark c/w lift to the first floor.
Further Details
The pool is communal but with very few apartments in the block it never gets busy, it is situated in a pretty walled area c/w showers and WCs. It is very private, excellent and safe for children.
There is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance.
Taxi rank is 3 minutes walk as is everything else.
All apartments are privately owned.
