Central location, 2 mins walk from the beach. The advantage of this apartment is that shops and restaraunts are literally outside of the main front door. Situated on the 4th floor(with a lift from the 1st floor) in a private block of 6 apartments. This apartment offers an excellent location for those wishing to be in the heart of town, with everything you could want on your door step. British TV available and a large selection of videos for the occasional quiet night in.
Amazing views of the bay, marina and mountains from the balcony, which extends across the living room and two bedrooms. Fantastic if you like to people watch! The apartment has three bedrooms two twin with one en suite, one with bunk beds, suitable for children. A large separate kitchen, recently fitted with Ikea units and seperate laundry area. Great location where a car is not needed for those wishing to remain in Puerto Pollensa. If you want to visit Alcudia or Old Pollensa the bus stop is only a few minutes walk. Vistamarina is good a value for money for those on a limited budget. |

The apartment has a a lift but there is one flight of full stairs to the lift. The main doors are double doors making it easy for wheel chairs to enter.
Further Details
The apartment is ready when you arrive, with beds made and towels provided, and our agent waiting to welcome you. For those staying for more than one week fresh linen and towels will be provided with beds stripped and re made for you. A light clean of the bathrooms may be given.
