This modern, light and airy apartment has magnificent uninterrupted views of the mountains, and is just a 5 minutes walk to the Pine Walk and beach. Shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The sports centre with indoor swimming pool and tennis courts is just 2 mins away. Market Square is a 10-minute walk. Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift and stairs, the apartment is in excellent condition. The living area has TV, video recorder and DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, a large sofa bed which can be either 2 single beds or 1 double. The large bedroom has a King size double bed and fitted wardrobe. The well equipped kitchen is open plan off the living area. Ironing facilities and hairdryer are also provided. There is plenty of free street parking around the apartment.
