This attractive bright and airy apartment is situated in an ideal location close to the lovely Pine Walk and beach.
The living room, which has satellite TV and a DVD player, leads onto a lovely large balcony that has gorgeous mountain views and partial sea view to the right.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom and doors onto the balcony. The twin bedroom has a shower room with basin and loo adjacent to it.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with many extra pieces of equipment such as a juicer, sandwich maker etc. The apartment has excellent central heating for cosy winter lets and part air conditioning and fans for the summer.
The lovely town square of Puerto Pollensa with all the restaurants and facilities is within a few minutes walk.

Further Details
There is a large shared spacious pool for the block and beaches conveniently located at the end of the street, a car is not required as everything is close at hand with the beaches, main square, Pine walk etc all being just a couple of minutes from the apartment.
The flat is light and airy and comfortably furnished to make you feel at home. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals or cocktails.
Booking Saturday to Saturday in high season. This is our personal holiday home and is maintained to a high standard.
