An ideal apartment for a great holiday in Puerto Pollenca, in both summer and winter seasons
Situated on the 3rd floor of a frontline block with a lift, this recently renovated apartment has lovely views of both the sea and the mountains from the balcony.
The sea is almost on the doorstep and the sea front pedestrian zone means no roads to cross to get to the beach. Just a few minutes walk from the start of famous Pine walk and restaurants, shops, and bars are all close by as well.
The open plan lounge / kitchen has a breakfast bar and is well equipped with a hob & oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board,
The lounge has a TV (UK free sat) and DVD player with a sofa bed giving extra flexibility with sleeping arrangements.
Master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds ideal for children
A local English couple look after the apartment and they can be contacted in the event of any problems. Towels and linen are supplied and changed weekly.
