Peaceful,family favorite. Located within beautiful pine trees in the tranquil area of Pinaret. Air-conditioned, first floor 2 bedroom apartment. 5 min walk from the sea and sandy beach, 10min stroll to the town centre and marina.
The accommodation can sleep 6 and comprises of comfortable lounge , tv with sky news, DVD and video and patio doors that lead out to a sunny balcony.
The two comfortable twin bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes,one of which contains a safe. There is the added bonus of a sofa bed in the lounge that opens to provide 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. There is the advantage of a separate toilet and washbasin
The fitted kitchen is equipped to a good standard, has a small dining table,microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The Villa Concha is opposite the apartment and has a swimming pool, kids club and bar and games room,ideal for teenagers.
The lovely square, shops and the famous pine walk are a 10min stroll along the sea front . An ideal location for a family holiday.
The nearby, ground floor apartment, Cipresess (can sleep 2) can be rented in tandem at preferential rates.
