Traditional spanish villa, secluded, walking distance to beach
The villa is located in the secluded residential area of Ca’n Singala, just behind the hotel Illa D’Or. Built in traditional Spanish style, this detached villa will be like a home from home. The house consist of; two bedrooms, one double, one twin; two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge area. All rooms have air conditioning units.
Set back at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there are gardens and terrace going right round the house. Tables and chairs are on the back and front terrace, and also the roof terrace, so you can simply follow the sun or relax in the shade, in complete privacy. There is also a gas flamed BBQ and two bikes available for use. Although there is no swimming pool, the villa is only 3 minutes walk from the beach.
If you’ve never been to Puerto Pollensa, it is one of the more picturesque parts of the island, less commercial than the south; but still with lots to do. The area is suitable for all ages, pick your time of year for sun bathing, walking, cycling, bird watching… it’s all there to be enjoyed.

Further Details
The centre of Puerto Pollensa is only a 15 minute walk, where there a lots of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The more traditional town of Pollensa is about 15 minutes in the car or by local bus, with shops, interesting walks and some great restaurants. The resort is very easy to get about in.
