This spacious apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is only a 5 minute stroll along a palm-lined avenue to the beach and 10 minutes to the town centre. Guests can enjoy a relaxing glass of wine whilst sitting on the balcony listening to the birds sing in the surrounding pine and palm trees. There is a large living room with a split level dining area. A bespoke wood painted kitchen with granite worktops with modern appliances including dishwasher and adjoining utility room with washing machine and dryer. All three bedrooms, one double (with en-suite with bath and shower) and two good size twins, have ceiling fans, and the family bathroom has a walk- in mosaic tiled shower room. There is satellite tv with free to air channels, a dvd and cd player. For the winter there is electric radiators throughout and fans for the summer. |

Los Cedros is a very well maintained block of apartments with attractive gardens with a residential feel. There is a shop selling fresh bread, milk etc within 2 minutes walk at a nearby apart-hotel where there is also a pool that guests may use.
